Direct Primary Care is a healthcare model where you pay a monthly membership fee directly to your provider for unlimited primary care services, without insurance billing.

In Direct Primary Care, there’s no insurance middleman. You get longer appointments, more personalized care, and easy access to your Provider.

Membership covers regular checkups, sick visits, basic labs, some in-office procedures, virtual consultations, and after-hours access to your provider, ensuring personalized and accessible care. Your provider can provide details on what’s covered.
Women’s Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT):

Male HRT involves supplementing hormones like testosterone to address deficiencies, improving energy, mood, libido, muscle mass, and overall well-being.

If you have symptoms like fatigue, low libido, mood changes, or reduced muscle mass, your Provider can test your testosterone levels and additional blood levels to see if treatment might help.

While TRT can be beneficial, there are some risks, such as increased red blood cells, acne, or changes in mood. A Provider will discuss these and monitor you during treatment.
Men’s Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT):

HRT for women typically involves replacing hormones (including bioidentical) like estrogen or progesterone to help manage symptoms of menopause, such as hot flashes, mood swings, and low energy.

Women experiencing menopausal symptoms that affect their quality of life or have low hormone levels might benefit from HRT. Benefits include relief from hot flashes, improved mood, better sleep, and prevention of bone loss. It’s best to discuss options with your provider.

HRT suitability depends on individual health factors; our provider conduct thorough evaluations to determine the best approach for you. Some women may experience bloating, breast tenderness, or mood changes. Providers can help manage these and adjust treatment if needed.
Weight Loss Programs:

Medically managed weight loss is a program led by healthcare professionals to help patients lose weight safely and effectively, often combining diet, exercise guidance, lifestyle coaching, and, if appropriate, medications.

Weight loss medications work in different ways, such as reducing appetite, increasing fullness, or decreasing fat absorption. They’re prescribed based on individual needs and health conditions.

It’s ideal for people with a BMI over a certain level or those with weight-related health issues. A Provider can evaluate your health and weight loss goals to see if it’s the right fit.
Discounts and Bundling:

We offer discounts for veterans, first responders, and patients who choose to bundle multiple services. Additionally, if you pay for memberships upfront for 3, 6, 9, or 12 months, you’ll receive a discounted rate. Please contact our office for more details on these savings opportunities.
