Hi, I’m Janiece Caceres—a family nurse practitioner and the founder of Reshape Health Clinic. My journey in healthcare began in 2015 as a registered nurse in the emergency department. During my time there, I witnessed firsthand the challenges within our healthcare system: a high demand for preventive care, overburdened hospital staff, and long wait times for primary care issues, which often crowded the emergency department with concerns that could have been addressed elsewhere.

In 2021, I graduated from Duke University and expanded my career to include primary care, corporate health, and urgent care. These experiences deepened my understanding of the gaps in our healthcare system and fueled my passion for creating a solution that truly prioritizes patients and their unique needs.
